  Bank of America, Lompoc branch, are the rudest tellers with zero professionalism and intellect. They treat you like dirt if you try to deposit $200, cash, into a family member’s account. They refused to accept the cash deposit. When I asked why on earth wouldn’t they accept CASH of all things, the teller said it was policy. I asked her to please explain why, she just kept repeating it was policy. I said I understand you are saying it is policy, but can you please explain the reasoning behind the policy? She was not able. Her coworker finally spoke up and said it has to do with money laundering. I said, all you have to do is look at the account to see there are no frequent, unusual, deposits to see it is merely a small personal account. Eventually, they got a manager’s approval to accept my $200 deposit. The teller continued to treat me like a scum money launderer throughout the transaction and never said thank you, or made any attempt to be professional and courteous! Bank of ”America” needs to be renamed Bank of Russia with this terrible treatment of its clientele!
